Nine months ago CCI had the privilege of being introduced to the Methodist Health System. Displeased with the quality and aesthetic of their current PPE dispensers, we were tasked with providing the perfect solution for their facilities. After visiting the existing set up and taking note of the thoughts and opinions from the Methodist Team Members, our team went to the drawing board to develop some personalized options. Because the dispensers would be located outside each patient room throughout the main corridor, it was imperative that we deliver a product that holds up to the demands of 24-hour use. It was equally important to the hospital that these units compliment the visual appeal of their facility. Fortunately, CCI Group is proud and able to provide both. Throughout the design phase, one of the biggest concerns was ensuring that our customer would be able to change supply vendors, yet always know the dimensions of the supplies would work in this dispenser. By taking the time to test multiple vendors of like supplies, we were confident to move forward with developing the product, and within a week of meeting with the Methodist Health System, we engineered and manufactured a prototype for their mock-up. After extensive testing during the mock-up stage, our design passed every test, and our customers are now enjoying new CCI Group PPE dispensers throughout their hospital.
