Installation Technician & Shop Associate (Combined Role)

Location: Longview, TX (with travel across the continental U.S.)

Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Start: Immediate

Reports to: Installation Manager (field) / Production Manager (shop)

Travel: Up to 100% when projects require; shifts may run up to ~11 hours/day on site.

What You’ll Do

Field Installation

Unload, distribute, and install cabinets/casework with precision.

Read blueprints/elevations; follow verbal instructions accurately.

Operate hand and power tools safely; coordinate with other trades; represent CCI professionally on site.

Regularly lift/carry up to 50 lbs; bend, squat, twist, and stand for extended periods

Shop Support (when not traveling)

Support production work cells; read production paperwork and metric measurements.

Maintain clean, organized work areas; perform basic tool/equipment maintenance and end-of-day clean-down.

Assist where needed to meet schedule and quality targets.

What You Bring

Experience installing casework/cabinetry or related millwork/solid-surface work preferred.

Comfortable with ADA-aware construction, travel-based work, and a team environment

Schedule

Shop: Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM (≈40 hrs); Fridays off unless scheduled.

Field: Mon–Fri; hours vary by project and travel. Punctuality is essential; overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements

Stand/walk for long periods; lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; frequent bending/stooping/squatting/reaching; occasional climbing/kneeling/balancing. Reasonable accommodations available.
