Building Table Tech (Shop)

Location: Longview, TX (no travel)

Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Start: Immediate

Reports to: Production Manager

What You’ll Do

Build and assemble custom casework to spec; mount hardware per job details.

Read part labels/work orders; work in metric; operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently.

Keep work areas and tools clean and organized; hit daily/weekly production goals; assist other areas as needed; report safety incidents promptly; follow all policies and safety procedures.

What You Bring

Positive, team-oriented attitude with pride in quality craftsmanship

Experience with laminate and small hand tools; background in manufacturing/cabinetry/woodworking is a plus; comfortable with metric measurements and repetitive production tasks.

Schedule

Standard shop hours Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM (≈40 hrs). Fridays typically off unless needed; lunch 11:30 AM–12:30 PM; additional breaks per policy. Occasional overtime or Friday work may be required. Punctuality is essential.

Physical Requirements

Stand/walk for extended periods; lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; frequent bending/stooping/squatting/reaching; occasional climbing/kneeling/balancing. Reasonable accommodations available.
