Business Property Caretaker
Location: Longview, TX (Multi-Site)
Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Start: Immediate
Reports to: Owner
Travel: Regular travel between properties; occasional evenings/weekends for events
Overview
CCI Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Business Property Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of company-owned business properties, including a lake house, farmhouse, office, and warehouse. This role directly supports our commitment to providing a welcoming and functional environment for employees, clients, and guests.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates initiative, and has a flexible, can-do attitude when supporting business functions and special events.
What You’ll Do
Lake House Maintenance (Business Guest Use)
- Clean and maintain the property before and after guest stays
- Dust surfaces; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Wash, dry, and fold bedding, towels, and linens
- Sanitize and restock bathrooms with toiletries and towels
- Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
- Restock refrigerator and pantry with approved amenities
- Care for exterior flower beds (watering, light weeding, upkeep)
Farmhouse Support (Business Events & Client Functions)
- Clean and organize the space before and after events
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, supplies)
- Ensure event spaces are tidy, safe, and functional
- Maintain inventory of event-related supplies
Office & Warehouse Cleaning (Professional Environment Maintenance)
- Clean bathrooms, break rooms, and communal spaces regularly
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and office equipment
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
- Restock water stations, coffee areas, and break room essentials
- Maintain professional standards in warehouse office areas
What You Bring
Experience in custodial, property maintenance, or housekeeping preferred
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
Work Environment
Travel between multiple CCI Group properties (indoor & outdoor work)
Exposure to varying conditions; requires physical stamina
