Maintenance Technician

(Multi-Craft)

Location: Longview, TX (On-Site)

Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Start: Immediate

Reports to: EVP of Operations

Travel: Limited; occasional off-site support for vehicles or equipment

What You’ll Do

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machines

- Grease, lubricate, and service equipment to manufacturer specs\

- Install and troubleshoot air piping and compressed air systems

- Set up tooling and adjust fixtures on production equipment

- Check voltages and conduct basic electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues; escalate POC troubleshooting if needed

- Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs

- Support fleet operations; inspect/perform light maintenance on company trucks and trailers

- Schedule third-party service and inspections as required

- Ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards for all transportation equipment

- Follow company safety procedures and report hazards or near-misses

What You Bring

Required

- High school diploma or GED

- 2+ years mechanical/electrical maintenance experience or equivalent technical - training

- Ability to use hand and power tools with working knowledge of lubrication practices

- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Preferred

- Technical training from LeTourneau University, TSTC - (Marshall), or similar institution

- Experience with PLC/POC troubleshooting (or willingness to learn)

- Certifications in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related fields

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

- Familiarity with truck/trailer maintenance and fleet compliance
