Development Coordinator
Location: Longview, TX (On-Site)
Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Start: Immediate
Reports to: VP of Sales
Travel: Occasional for trade shows, events, or customer visits
We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to play a foundational role in establishing and executing the company’s marketing and customer outreach strategies. This individual will wear multiple hats—supporting pre-sales, assisting in product development, managing customer interactions, building our marketing infrastructure, and serving as a key driver of revenue growth.
This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and who can take initiative in shaping new processes and strategies from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with leadership to develop & implement initial marketing strategies & campaigns.
- Develop CCI annual marketing plan within budget.
- Create & manage compelling marketing assets, materials, & tools that bring the brand to life
across digital, print, & social media.
- Website content development & image library management.
- Develop & maintain a consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
- Responsible for graphic design & digital document management.
- Collateral development & management for all products & services.
- Plan & launch email marketing campaigns.
- Build awareness, generate leads, & drive product interest.
- Maintain & update customer databases, track outreach efforts, & analyze campaign results.
- Liaison between departments—ensuring marketing efforts align with product, sales, & operations.
Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support the sales team by coordinating pre-sales activities, lead follow-up, & customer
engagement strategies.
- Serve as a key contact for incoming customer inquiries; help gather requirements & relay to
appropriate teams.
- CRM database management.
- Outgoing communications from CRM customer/prospect list.
- Drive business growth by identifying & engaging new customer opportunities through outbound
campaigns, networking, & OEM partnerships.
- Facilitate customer discovery efforts & support lead qualification for strategic outreach.
Project Management
- Oversee & coordinate purchase orders, material orders, scheduling, & customer communications.
- Logistic Coordination for shipping, installation teams & contractors.
Social Media & Digital Platforms
- Set up & manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create & schedule engaging content to grow online presence & drive customer interest.
- Monitor engagement metrics, report back to management, & adjust strategies as needed.
Product Development Support
- Collaborate with internal teams & leadership to support product layout, development, & rollout.
- Provide customer feedback to inform improvements in product offerings.
2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or related role
(startup/ground-up experience a plus)
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign design
Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools a plus
Self-starter, flexible, and collaborative problem-solver
Preferred: Experience in OEM or B2B industries; trade show coordination background
